Chicken, redcurrant and brandy pate served with spiced fruit chutney and ciabatta toast

Leek, potato and pea soup with a herb oil (VE)

Warm sunblush tomato, mozzarella and basil tart served with dressed leaves (V)

Main

Roast turkey breast served with sage and onion stuffing, bacon wrapped chipolatas and cranberry sauce, sea salt and thyme roasties, roast parsnips, carrots, brussels sprouts and gravy

Beetroot Wellington served with sea salt and thyme roasties, roast parsnips and carrots, brussels sprouts and gravy (VE)

Grilled salmon with a lemon and herb crust, gratin potato, fine green beans, carrots and tarragon butter sauce (V)

Dessert

Traditional Christmas pudding (VE option available)

Chocolate and clementine torte served with a Mango and passionfruit sauce (VE)

Baked vanilla cheesecake served with a mulled berry compte (V)
