Michaela Pollitt

Michaela Pollitt is the owner of Equisign Tack and Feed in North Lincolnshire.  Equisign is multi award winning and Michaela brings experience as the winner of the Equestrian Business Awards Retailer of the Year 2022 and Highly Commended Retailer of the Year in 2024. Her business, Equisign, has also been recognised with the Market Rasen Racecourse Business of the Year award in 2024 and Equisign has been a finalist for the British Trade Association Retailer of the Year in both 2023 and 2024. Additionally, Michaela was a regional finalist for the Federation of Small Businesses Service Excellence Awards, and Equisign has won multiple retailer display competitions.

Michaela is committed to raising industry standards, dedicated to bringing equestrian professionals together and improving equine welfare, Michaela balances her business acumen with hands-on equestrian expertise. She is a dedicated coach, supporting riders ranging from happy hackers to winners at the Horse of the Year Show (HOYS). Alongside her husband Tony, Michaela actively competes with their own horses, achieving success at county shows, the Royal International Horse Show, and HOYS.  Michaela has previously worked for a BHS livery yard, is a showing judge and groom giving her a wider understanding of the equestrian world.
